I create a group macro palette when Finder on front, but i find that the Palette also show on desktop cause desktop also is Finder.

In theory, you should be able to configure your palette to be active only when there is a focussed window.
Unfortunately, in practice that does not work well with the Finder because the Finder's accessibility API, after you make a window, first says "Yes, here is the focussed window", immediately followed by "Wait, no, there is no focussed window", even though there clearly is.
So given that, I don't have any suggestions as to how to make a palette that is visible only when the Finder has open windows.
Have you tried this:
The "Window Title" field is empty.
this method not work on may Mac.
