Having trouble copying file from variable

I try to back up the downloads file in iCloud. The macro is shown below:

But keep getting the error when I added a file into the download file :
"File action failed because source is not a full path %Variable%addedFile% in macro “Trying” （while executing Copy File“%Variable%addedFile%”）."

It looks suspiciously like there is a space at the start of the Set variable text.
