Help finding macro sync folder

I'm trying to sync my Keyboard Maestro macros with my work computer. When I select "Reveal Macro Sync File," the Finder comes up but no folder. Where is it?

I'm afraid I'll accidentally lose macros everywhere if I don't figure this out. Thanks!

Have you read this page? I don't sync anything myself, but this seems to cover the main points. Anyone who wants to sync probably should read this page.

For me that has happened when the folder has moved on the computer. I have had to "Stop Syncing Macros" before syncing them again by navigating to the syncing macros file Keyboard Maestro Macros.kmsync

Also for what it is worth this thread is excellent and has helped me a lot. I often would get conflicts and lose macros I had created and run this macro several times weekly.
