[Help] How two action groups A and B automatically take turns operating at different times

First, I apologize for my poor English skills. I am a non-English speaking citizen. I am using Google Translate.

I want to create a macro where two action groups A and B automatically work alternately at different times.

For example, in the main macro that runs every day for 24 hours, [Action Group A] is automatically selected and works in the morning, and [Action Group B] is automatically selected and works in the afternoon.

I know that there is an [at time] condition in the trigger. I wonder if it is possible to set a time zone condition for the action in addition to this method.
If you can set a time zone condition, it would be good because it would simplify the macro configuration.
(It works like an [If then else] action. If the condition is between 10:00 and 23:00, A, otherwise, B.)

I'm sorry for the complicated explanation.
It is very difficult for non-English speakers to use the forum...
I'm looking forward to hints or ideas.
Thank you for reading.

I think this should do that:
