Help! My mouse triggers on my remote computer don't work

I'm working remotely through Jump Desktop.
Previously the way I got this to work was:
Mouse triggers are handled by my local machine at home.

Keyboard triggers worked by having a copy of Keyboard Maestro installed at the remote location with the remote triggers stored there.

This has been working for the last eight years.
On this new job the Mouse Activation actions don't work. I can click the Get button to input a new mouse location but when I press the Go button, nothing happens...it just sits there parked on the Go button.
Help! Any ideas????

Is this on the local or remote Mac?

Regardless, I'm afraid remote desktops do whatever remote desktops do, and Keyboard Maestro simulated events do not work well through them. Similarly, trying to control the mouse on the remote end may be problematic if the remote desktop software is also controlling the mouse.
