Help navigating an app without hotkeys

This was new for me too. For others this is an example using Keyboard Maestro Editor itself:

1. Click on the down arrow button:

   

2. Select the application. In this case I use Keyboard Meastro

   

3. Select the down arrow button again

   

4. Select the right arrow after the selected application (In this case Keyboard Meastro)
