On my desktop I have a folder called "IN". I want keyboard maestro to watch if the number of files changes. I get files in this folder and if a new file gets into this folder then keyboard maestro should run a macro. I tried a lot but I had no chance.
Can you help me please?

Welcome to KM - nice to see you here.
You'll get the best response if you show us what's going wrong (by posting your macro) rather than just by saying "it's not working".
Anyway - here's a macro that watches the IN folder on my desktop; you'll see where you can add KM actions in order to actually do something whenever a new item is added.

thanks a lot for your help. It took a little bit of work because I have to enable and disable the macro but it works.
