Hot Key Triggers Don't Work (But found work around)

Ok so this DOES work when it's "Run" but not as when the hot key triggers are pressed

And this is the work-around I found that DOES work when hot keys are pressed

Is there the top one doesn't work with keyboard triggers but does work when "run"?

Does the first one run if you change its trigger to Ctrl-Opt-Cmd-Y?

OK, related question I should have asked before ... what happens if you assign Control-Option-Command-H to the second one?
