How do I Export an Image from an Image 'well' to a File

I am cutting down the size of my KM sync file.

I have embedded some images in the macro itself in the image well.
I'd like to get them into a file so that I can use the 'file' option instead of 'image'.

I tried to copy and paste into preview and affinity to no avail.
Suggestions? (I don't have that image as a file anywhere)

Note: my best attempt has been to single click on the image well, which shows a quick view of the image, take a screenshot of that, open that in affinity and then cut the image out and save it as a PNG

I've managed to remove the need for Preview by using the Write to a File action instead. Much neater. This creates a folder in a parent directory ("Found Images" in this case), named according to the currently selected macro. Fortunately, subsequent runs within the same macro appear to add images to this folder rather than create it anew. I'm not looking a gift horse in the mouth!
