How Do I Move App Menu with Window?

When I move a window that is the only window of an app to another monitor, the window is moved, but the App menu remains on the original monitor.

If I manually drag/drop the window, the App menu moves with it.

####How do I get the App menu to move with the window?

I'm using this action:

At first I was mystified by your reply.
But then I realized that by clicking in the non-active part of the window's title bar, the app menu would be moved (made active) on the same monitor.

I adjusted the click settings to:

  • Stay well above any active parts of the window
  • Move well beyond the window control buttons
