How Do I Prompt for Folder, and Limit File Selection to aliases?

Hey,

I don't know applescript, but it seems like i can adjust this above script to my needs. I need to prompt the user for a folder, then only if the file type = an alias, open it, otherwise ignore it.
How can i do that?

Use a sequence like: Prompt for Folder. For Each action with the Folder Contents collection If Then Else action with the Variable condition to test the extension Open a File action to open the file.
