How to backup keyboard maestro, all in one "how to"?

hi, i've been trying to find out how to backup km, i read through the following but it was confusing: Safe backup of KM 8.2 backing up this one folder only?

i want to back up everything; all the files i might need to restore km as fully as possible if there's a problem or if prefs get corrupted etc.

is there somewhere i can find reference like:
go here and make a backup copy of a, b, c
go here and make a backup copy of d, e, f

of something like that?

Hi Todd,

It is actually quite simple to fully backup KM. Everything you need to backup really is in one folder.
