How to Change Clipboard Entries Style?

I found the clipboard entries background is transparent that I cannot read text clearly sometimes. Is there any way to change background style by using something like Defaults write?

A) You're using what version of macOS?

I don't think there is any user control over the KM Clipboard History.
But you should be able to reduce/remove transparency using the System Prefs:
