How to Convert OmniFocus Clipboard into Things3?

I like to use OmniFocus to track things, but I use a separate daily list. I have been using Dynalist, but I want to using Things3.

If I copy a group of tasks from OF and paste them into Dynalist, they are automatically formatted as markdown, including the title of the task, and the OF URL to the task. Clicking on the task in Dynalist opens the task in OmniFocus automatically.

When I paste tasks into Things3, it creates new tasks, but the titles are blank and the OF URL is embedded in the Notes section. If I paste into a text editor like BBEdit, I get the task names but no OF URL.

How can I build a macro that will manipulate the clipboard contents so the items copied from OF can be pasted into Things3 and contain the title of the task and the OF URL in the notes?
