How to create a macro to get mouse click on App that is in the dock

The subject line says it all.
I would be very appreciative if someone could step me thru the steps/process.
Thank you all in advance.
I’m a raw newbie.

Holty

Hey John,

Why do you want to do this?

There’s probably a better way to accomplish your task.

Hi Chris well I use an App named Audirvana Plus which I integrate it with iTunes
One of the processes needs for me to invoke a pulldown menu which sticks after each reboot, however to see the feature I need regularly I have to click on the App which is now in the dock (as it is active.)
I can easily leave me keyboard and use my mouse , however that’s not what Keyboard Maestro is all about eh???
Thank you for your interest , I would appreciate any suggestion that you may have.

Regards,

Holty.

Hey John,

So. If I understand correctly you simply want to activate Audirvana Plus.

Use an Activate Specific Application action. (I'm demonstrating with Safari.)

No need for the Dock or clicks.

If I've misunderstood please elaborate.

Thank you Chris, I have now decided to use a different method so I don’t need to create the macro.
Thank you very much for your assistance.

John.
