I know you could do a if-then and select "cancel a macro" but I'm looking for a way do end the macro without a cancellation notification.

I just tested the "Cancel This Macro" and it does not appear to send a notification.

You're right I accidentally did cancel all macros instead of cancel this macro, whoops

Using the gear menu in the upper right corner, you can also set many KM actions not to notify you if they fail and the macro is aborted, even without explicitly including a Cancel This Macro action:
