How to execute url, can't get it to work

I want to turn this button's functionality into a macro.

This doesn't work.

Neither is any other url actions that KM provides. What can I do?

Decode the URL into JavaScript (there are online tools to decode URLs I believe, though I don’t remember them off hand).

Then use the Execute JavaScript in Safari action.
