How to have my Fish Shell $PATH available in KM?

I searched on internet and forum and it's still not clear to me how to have the $PATH available in KM.

So I don't have to do this:

But could instead do:

Is my $PATH in Fish:

Ok solution is to set ENV_PATH variable.
