How to remove a macro from a macro group?

Hello all,

How do I remove a macro from a macro group?

Thanks for any ideas!

Jim

Here are two quick ways:

  1. Select/Highlight the macro. Go to Edit Menu and select Delete.
  2. Select/Highlight the macro. At the bottom of the Macro Column, click the minus (-) button.

If you don't want to delete it, you can right click to Disable it.
If you want to move it, drag it to another Group.

If "remove" means delete, then you can also select the macro, and press CMD-Delete (just like the Finder)
Although you can recover the macro by using the KM File > Revert macros process, I'd recommend exporting the macro to file before deleting, unless it is not of any use to you.

I don't want to delete the macro, I just don't want it to be in a macro group (that I mistakenly placed it in).

Figured it out. I forgot about the Global Macro Group. I dragged it from the undesired macro group to Global Macro Group and I have what I want.

Thanks guys!
