How to Replace/Trigger a Mac Shortcut With a Function Key?

I want to trigger the Mac shortcut for ‘Paste With Style’ with a Function Key.

Although it’s titled differently in different apps, the Mac Keyboard Shortcut is always the same… SHIFT+OPTION+COMMAND+V.

I want to replace or trigger that with the F19 Function Key on my keyboard.

Would you please explain how I set this up?
