How to Run This AppleScript With Out Activating Safari First?

I have this Apple script that activates Safari first and then presses the keystroke L...

I want to simplify it so that even if I am in any application I can run it without activating safari first...

Is this possible? Thanks

You can send a keystroke to a background app without AppleScript - use the Type Keystroke action and set the options correctly like this:
