How to Set Up a Stream Deck?

I have borrowed a Stream Deck to see if this will be a good hardware trigger device but I am stuck at first hurdle.

The WIKI page (Stream Deck [Keyboard Maestro Wiki]) refers to a 'More Actions' button in order to add the plugin, and so does another guide that I have read. Trouble is, I do not have this button in the Stream Deck UI.

The Stream Deck software is version 5.

Can anyone enlighten me as to how I get this set up?

In version 5 adding plugins is done via the Stream Deck Store, accessed by the icon to the left of the Settings gear icon.
