How to trigger a macro by simultaneous keystroke?

I remap my Capslock to ⇧⌃⌥⌘ (hereinafter referred to as Hyper), which means keystroke Device key Capslock equals to keystroke this four key together: ⇧⌃⌥⌘ .

I want keystroke Hyper + a then keystroke w / a / s / d to manage frontmost window size, just like Moom.

Why not just use Moom?
I buy it at Mac App Store, recently some app undo my cursor move at some time, frequently these days(for about a week or so), Moom is highly suspected.

Emacs Hammerspoon Karabiner-Elements Moom and Visual Studio Code have this simultaneous keystroke concept.
