how can i create if statement :
if the clipboard "a" contain info that is old (lest than 2 hours)
than do this operation ......

what do you have so far?
throwing some ideas:

Set clipboard to a variable, and/or use CBSeedBefore ≠ CLIPBOARDSEED()
Run a periodic macro ie every 5-10 minutes to calculate time passed, if clipboard hasn't changed.
