Is Keyboard Maestro affected by security decisions on macOS (option and shift modifiers)?

Before updating to macOS 15 in the coming months I‘d like to know if Keyboard Maestro ist affected by the change regarding option and shift modifiers;

According to the thread, the change only affects sandboxed apps (most of which are typically found in the App Store). Keyboard Maestro is not sandboxed, so it shouldn't be affected. As a quick test, I just assigned Shift-Option-4 on my Sequoia Mac, and it worked fine.
