Is the format of a Public Web URL documented anywhere?

It has occurred to me that if I knew the format of URLs to use the Public Web trigger I could use new (but already existing) support in Workflow on iOS to build some interesting iOS / Keyboard Maestro automation.

Otherwise I’m stuck using the Maestro app manually.
