Is there a ‘for loop’ in KM? I can only see ‘for each’ but I just want to have a ‘for loop’, for example I want to do a set of actions for 5 times w/o copying the actions 5 times. Can I do that?

“Repeat”

Thank you. I guess I should familiarise myself with KM actions first before trying to search them from the hotkey spotlight window.

@peternlewis Peter - Perhaps you would consider adding the “loop” keyword to the Repeat action, so Insert Action by Name can find it?

There's over 250 actions and variations of actions. Good luck memorizing all that! Sometimes you just have to ask. Or try searching the Wiki. But it's cool to ask.

This is an example of where the popup Action list is useful, since it shows Actions by category:

@nikivi, since you answered your own original question, and then changed topics, I have:

  1. Deleted your first two posts
  2. Changed the Title of this topic

If you object, please let me know.

I have added “loop” as a search synonym for the Repeat action.

Note also that you can use the For Each action with the Number Range collection.
