Is there a quicker way to create menu actions?

It's tedious to click on menu > choose the app > navigate the menu, when I have many such actions to create

I would like to know if there is a faster way, for example,
Organize;Create Pivot table;Current Sheet
to access the Current Sheet menu item in Numbers with a KM action.

Unless I'm misunderstanding the question, you can just type in the Menu Title and Menu Item boxes:
