Is there a way to customize KM Editor's display font size? Just to make it easier to search for specific Groups/Macros/Categories/Actions when my eyes are tired.

I agree this would be helpful. 
There is a text size setting in the General preferences.
It does not apply to the actual macro editing or Trigger By Name lists, but applies to many other places, including the macro and group lists, action lists, clipboard history, etc.
