Actions move within their own list, so any grouping action is a single action as far as the list that contains it is concerned.

Are the ⌃↑ and ⌃↓ shortcuts reassignable? I have these shortcuts in use by Mission Control and habits are hard to break. I looked around and it doesn't seem like we can change but figured I'd ask :(=)
