Issues After Ventura Update

A few issues after updating to Ventura. One, non-response in Safari, was solved by searching these forums.

However, that technique did not help for my Telegram app. That app-specific macro group is not responding.

And separately, when I try to create a new macro with a hot key, I cannot get KM to recognize any keyboard input. The box turns red but no keys are recognized.

I'm running KM 9.2. I've tried toggling the accessibility settings. And for what it's worth, I updated another computer to Ventura at the same time and it's fine. None of the same problems. Any thoughts appreciated. Thx.

For any macro that "does nothing", start with the Interactive Help and Something expected is not happening.

Sounds like either an Accessibility issue or Keyboard Maestro or Keyboard Maestro Engine is listed in the Input Monitoring and not checked.

Is Keyboard Maestro reporting any issues (any warning triangles in the bottom right corner of the editor)?

I wasn't even aware of the Interactive Help. Your instructions led to discovery of a log in issue.

As for input, I ultimately deleted and re-added Keyboard Maestro and Keyboard Maestro Engine in Accessibility and that resolved the issue.
