I am learning Spanish and I use iTunes to listen to podcasts in the language. I frequently need to rewind a few seconds to listen again to something I didn't catch the first time. iTunes has very clumsy controls and to rewind the podcast the usually short distance I want, I have made the following macro which has been very useful.
To extend its versatility, I have made versions with different time intervals and often invoke them with Dragon Dictate where a one word command ("one", "three", "five", etc) triggers the appropriate macro.
