When I start my Mac I get this alert
Is there any way I can get to know, which macro is causing this alert?
(Keyboard Maestro 10.2 on MacOS 13.5)

Hi Karl, welcome.
Check the most recent entries in the Engine.log file. You can find it using the "Help > Open Logs Folder" item in Keyboard Maestro's menu.
