I export old macros to an Old Keyboard Maestro Macros folder. This folder is backed up to two other locations. Once done, I delete them out of my KM editor.

This where (I think) I've said before on this forum that "last used" and "created" time stamps could be really handy for macros.

[image] DanThomas: it does exactly what you want. Macro Repository Suite: Backup and Version Control for Keyboard Maestro I can vouch for that - I use it every 2 or 3 days. What I can’t explain is why I didn’t offer it up as a solution to the OP’s question! :roll_eyes:
