Will the current version of KM work on the new MacBook Neo (the A18 MacBook)? If not will it be supported in a future version?
Generally speaking, apps don't care about hardware, they care about the OS. And the Neo runs macOS, so there's no reason to think Keyboard Maestro won't run just fine on a Neo. A different CPU shouldn't make any difference to an app, especially when it's of the same general architecture as the M chips.
However, nobody has one yet, so answering your question with 100% certainty is impossible at this time. But if it doesn't work perfectly, I will be very surprised.

I should have done better googling before I posted. Evidently the A18 uses the same machine code instruction set as the M series. So you are correct. That’s good news.
Which is also why you can run (some) iOS apps on your Mac :).
