Keyboard Shortcut to Lock Screen

Hi

New KM user here and I'm hoping to use a quick keystroke to Lock Screen. Is this possible? I can't see anything in the pre-built macros that will help me achieve this.

I'd appreciate any advice.

How do you normally do this manually?

You could use Put Computer to Sleep action.

Using the built-in System method:

Lock a Mac Screen

Using Keyboard Maestro's Sleep Screen action:

You have to set the screen up to lock when it sleeps at the system level though. (See the OS X Daily page for instructions.)
