anyone had any luck setting up KM with the freedom app for enabling blocklists (i.e. no twitter/news/etc... for a half hour / hour / etc...). It lives in the status bar in the top right, but I'm coming up empty on ways to control it.

btw Macs now have Screen Time, you can add custom Downtime settings
