Logitech MX Keys Mini for Mac (Wireless Keyboard) – Function Keys?

I just bought an M1 Mac mini to replace my old iMac, and am using both right now as I migrate to the Mac mini. I dug out my old Logitech Bluetooth Easy-Switch Keyboard K811 to use temporarily on the Mac mini, but it ignores the "Use F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys" setting, which is turned on.

I ordered a new Logitech MX Keys Mini for Mac keyboard to use with the Mac mini, but wonder if it will have the same issue as the old Logitech keyboard using function keys. If so, I'll cancel the order and buy a new Apple keyboard instead.

Anyone with info on this?

Follow-up: I cancelled the Logitech keyboard order, and will stay with Apple keyboards. Using standard function keys for KM macros is critical to me.

BTW, I am also staying with my Logitech MX Master 3S mouse, rather than Apple's offering.
