it couldn't be the problem of Keyboard Maestro even i set some macros to invoke the sleep action ?

That appears to be a kernel panic. In theory, it should be impossible for any user-level software to induce a kernel panic, so there is no way to know what is going on with that I'm afraid.
Most likely causes if it is repeatable would be disk corruption or hardware errors.
