Just for anyone wanting to try Big Sur, I'm on the latest public beta and when using the pallette organizer, I'm getting this error: 
Obviously I'm not going to sit around and expect beta software gets covered/supported. Not here to complain, at all - I'm just reporting that I get this when trying to organize anything with the macro, so be aware prior to going to Big Sur if this is important to you. 
Fixed in Beta 9!
