Has anyone figured out how to have a macro triggered when the Desktop space is changed using Mission Control in MacOS.

I don’t believe that can be done without patching the system. Peter relies on public APIs in macOS, so that is unlikely to happen anytime soon.
A lot of people want more control over Mission Control, and the more who tell Apple the more likely it’ll happen.
