Macro is pasting twice

Hello,

I have a Macro that is sometimes pasting twice instead of one.
this usually happens only when it is triggered with the time, not when i run it manually.
sometimes it does it right, pastes just one time
I wonder why? and if i could fix it?

I've had this same problem before—not sure what's going on. I think it might happen when actions happen too quickly without enough delay between them, but I could be wrong about that.
