Macro Library: encourage starting a topic with a synopsis

Suggestion: make it recommended practice to have at lease one short sentence of explanation at the top of each new topic in the Macro Library (sub-?)forum.

Very often when I look at a new macro topic, I have to work out what exactly the macro is for. A collection of screenshots is useful to pore over, but a synopsis right at the start gives all readers essential context immediately. That’s good for the contributor, too, if they want more engagement with the result of their work.
