MailMate Automatic Saving Attachments Based on - to Specified Folder?

Was going to use Hazel but seems attachment are stored within emi extension file until saved.

Want to create a macro that I set to initially run through inbox and save/copy all attachments containing specified extension or/and part of file name, then have the macro sit in background and just get invoked when email comes in with attachment meeting criteria.

No idea where to start.

Mailmate 1.13.1, High Sierra, KM 9

I would love to be able to do this, too. Not much going on with Mailmate and automation, which is surprising.

Same here. I'd still love this to be possible. It's been a while since I tried. My last attempt with something that could maybe be called a small first step towards our goal is documented in the automators forum. The relevant part of the post:

After exploring mailmate, it’s integrated bundles and all of the available bundles on Github and running some searches on the mailing list, I tried extracting the attachments with Hazel. After some more searching and digging stackoverflow brought me this (…) It works (Yay :)) but it only extracts the first PDF within an EML file

perl -MMIME::Base64 -ne 'print decode_base64($_)' < file.eml > out.pdf

I can't quite remember why I tried to solve this with Hazel instead of KM but maybe its worth to try again with combined strengths… :nerd_face::brain::muscle:
