Making CMD+T Open New Tab Next to Current Tab in Chrome

Hello!

I'm trying to remap "CMD+T" in chrome to open a new tab next to the current tab, rather at the end of my open tabs. Any pointers on getting this done would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
