I have been in the process of phasing out Word 2011 and using the newest version (15.39). I have created a simple macro so that “Advanced Find and Replace…” is triggered instead of the default “Find.” The macro works fine if I trigger it from the Keyboard Maestro Editor, but not from any hotkey. The hotkey trigger does work in the older Word. Any advice?
To answer my own question. The KM Group folder that I had the macro in was pointing to the older version of Word. When I pointed to the newer version of Word, the macro work.

The Assistance window (Help ➤ Assistance) will quickly solve this sort of problem.
