Mojave 10.14.2 (with KeyboardMaestro and Ragtime)

Since the update to Mojave 10.14.2 I have a problem:
Mac OS has worked perfectly with KeyboardMaestro and RagTime so far. Now I can only use the Delete key together with the Control key in the text program.
When I stop the KeyboardMaestro engine I can delete RagTime texts backwards with the Delete key.
A KM problem, an RT problem or a Mac OS bug?

Start by trying the Assistance window (Help ➤ Assistance) and clicking the Something unexpected is happening and follow the instructions there and see what you can learn.

It may be that you have some macro firing unexpectedly.

Thank you - that was the solution to my problem. KM fired unexpectedly because it used a macro (not from me, but a download) for RagTime using the Delete key. Thank you very much - the problem is finally and perfectly solved.
