I have a question, it is possible to set the program so that after clicking the hotkey it performs the action of pressing the right mouse button around a given point on the screen?
Yes. Use the Move Mouse Action, set to Right Click. If you click on the "Get" button you can automatically grab the coordinates by just moving the mouse to the point you want to click and waiting for the countdown to finish.

Yes, there is a Pause Action that you can set for any length you want and put between any other Actions. Just search for "pause" when you look at the Actions list.
