Move any added files to a folder to a new folder

I won't go into the details of why I need to do this but nevertheless I am wanting to monitor a specific folder and whenever a new file is added to it regardless of the name I want a copy of it put into another folder. I want this to happen automatically, not interested in a keystroke macro. Can this be done through the user interface of keyboard maestro or will it require a written macro?

Here's an example that should get you started. All you should need to do is change the paths for the folder to monitor and the folder for files to be copied to.
