Is there any way possible to move the mouse, scroll and then return to the previous location?
I need to somehow get the scrolling to happen before the cursor returns to the previous location if possible.

Hey Skillet,
In what app(s)?

In Cubase for this particular example, but I could see myself using this in several apps. Wouldn’t the answer be the same for all apps? I guessing you are thinking of an alternative like AppleScripting it or something.
Hey Skillet,
Just trying to get a clear picture of what you’re doing.
The only way I can think of to do this would be to use Find-Image-on-Screen, but you’d have to get the image in advance. (I don’t think it’s currently possible to use a file as the image, but I’ll ask Peter.)

I'm not entirely following you, but why can't you just do the sequence:
You can save and restore the mouse location using the actions:
That is awesome and just what I was looking for, I can think of a dozen macros that I can modify to use this! This form makes me feel like I am reading and learning new sorcery for magic spells; I’m becoming more powerful day by day! Thanks for being the power behind it all and helping others learn the spells!
Great!
I misunderstood what you were trying to do. I didn’t realize you just wanted to restore the mouse position.
Fortunately Peter got it.
